Terry Dainty

Director

Whilst traveling the world during my twenties I dipped in and out of property sales in various different countries, including the UK. On my full time return to the UK in 2009, I jointly founded Edward Knight Estate Agents. Edward Knight has been my main passion ever since and 15 years on, I find myself extremely proud of what a well-regarded household name Edward Knight has grown to become. Outside of work I have been extremely busy fathering two beautiful daughters and I spend my spare time competing in Marathons and other running events.

Harriet Wagstaff

Lettings Consultant

Joining Edward Knight in 2020 as a Lettings Consultant gives me the opportunity to help tenants find a property, I find it rewarding to see the excitement a new home gives people. I have the responsibility of managing enquiries, viewings, tenant referencing and moving the tenant into their new home. Alongside this, I advise and assist landlords in finding the correct tenant for their property ensuring we have happy long-term relationships, both with landlord and tenant. Outside of the office I keep busy helping my husband with our ever-growing flock of sheep, enjoying a long walk to a country pub with friends and our black lab, then finishing a weekend off cooking a roast with our own lamb.
